Let’s join forces and discover how everyone’s personal superpower can save the world one child at a time. Learn how to empower the whole faculty by giving them a voice in decision-making and having buy-in to enhance school culture and morale. We’ve made our educational universe a force to be reckoned with and a place that thrives.

Our school created the "Justice League" initiative, a collaborative structure designed to facilitate shared leadership. The project involved developing new avenues for teacher feedback. The findings highlight the critical importance of cultivating an environment where both new and veteran educators feel valued, supported, and empowered.
