We all know emotions play a part in our daily lives, even by the minute. School leaders also know that even their best staff members will have tough hours, days, or weeks that influence their ability to teach effectively and retain professional learning.

Adults Have Feelings Too...Weaving Together Emotions and Professional Learning is our journey through understanding why some adult learning sessions stick while the majority are forgotten. We want to be better leaders of adults and with that responsibility comes more complexity than we could have imagined. We dug into what the research claims makes a better learning session for adults while also uncovering who our staff are and how they show up to school every day.
