Reigniting Student Voice through Collaborative Conversations

This narrative examines the importance of strengthening English Language Learners (ELs) oral and academic language development through student discourse. Serving in a community with a high EL population, it is important that we provide our students with the skills they need to support their second language acquisition. To determine our focus areas, we reviewed and analyzed ACCESS scores over a three year period.
