It’s time to narrow the focus to only what is essential and align supports for our teachers to ensure all students meet grade level standards and beyond! Join the Beach Court Team as we navigate what’s essential for teachers and students to ensure success and reimagine the joy of learning!

Educators are tasked with so much! It can feel overwhelming to try and get students to proficiency in everything! Our educators were feeling this way, so we asked ourselves, “What would happen if we narrowed the focus to a few essentials and then aligned our supports, time and resources to making sure we got every child to the finish line?”

Based on the book Ruthless Equity, by Ken Williams, we set out to narrow the focus for teachers and students and find out if teachers would feel more accomplished and if students would be more successful if they had less on their plates.
