The Ripple Effects of Mentorship is the journey of how we developed systems and skills to increase student attendance, grades, credits, and graduation. We recognize that the transformative power of mentorship programs in schools has a ripple effect that unlocks students’ potential, grows family partnerships, and improves campus culture.
