The Three R’s: Revamp, Revitalize and Revisit!

The classics are always the best! The Children’s School is going back to basics as we work with our community to revamp, revitalize and revisit our co-teaching practices. Join us on our journey as we expand our inclusive repertoire and build our collaboration with students and staff in an effort to mediate the impacts of the pandemic. 

Several walkthroughs were conducted throughout the building to get a better understanding of how collaborative teaching was used to support the diverse needs of our students. After taking data, we started navigating ways school leaders can support the professional growth of staff in implementing these strategies, including the different personal dynamics involved in these partnerships. Professional development was brought in to support administrators and teachers in unifying our understanding and delivery of instruction in an integrated co-teaching environment.
