Cultivating Excellence: “Nurturing a Vibrant Staff Culture for School Transformation”

The core of our Cahn project centered on enhancing our school's culture by addressing two vital dimensions: sustaining teacher motivation and improving teacher performance despite complex challenges. Our staff climate survey and state test results revealed that our teachers did not perceive enough support, and our students lagged behind both district and state benchmarks.

Over the course of the year, we created an action plan to foster positive changes in both teacher and student culture. We embarked on the implementation of innovative initiatives that would improve our overall student and staff culture. Although we recognize that there is much work ahead, we are already witnessing promising signs of improvement in our school culture.
