What would our school look like if we prioritized a culture of trust and safety, to challenge one another in a continuous learning environment with professional dialogue that will allow all students to become tenacious, independent learners?

Montbello Career and Technical High School (MCT) has endured tremendous changes since 2016. During this time, the school has undergone significant personnel changes. Though dramatic and student-focused, these changes have not yielded our team the trust and autonomy needed for us to flourish and grow into a self-motivated team. Over the past three years, the staff has attempted to engage in relevant and meaningful conversations around building effective teams.
