The Evolution of Parent Involvement  and Student Achievement

Family involvement and parent education have always played an important role in student achievement. Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary, located in one of the country’s largest urban districts, with a population of 99% low-socioeconomic status and 86% English learners, adapted to the new “normal” and came out successfully improving academics and social-emotional skills for both students and parents through the COVID 19 Pandemic.
