The Wonder Years

The Wonder Years was a popular coming of age television series that chronicled the main characters journey through middle school. It resonated with viewers because many of us could relate to the trials and tribulations of that time in our lives. At Lenart we understand the impact of these middle school years, or wonder years, and seek to reimagine the middle grades experience. By focusing on the unique social, emotional and academic needs of middle schoolers we help our students realize their full potential and ensure they are fully prepared for high school and beyond.

Our goal is to create a responsive educational environment where middle school students thrive by increasing students’ sense of belonging. In doing so, we expect to see an increase in the number of middle school students on-track. In Chicago Public Schools students are considered on-track if they have attendance above 90% and a G.P.A of 3.0 or above.
