Impacting Student Development Through Team Structures (Adjusted with a Covid Twist)

The focus for our Cahn project was on creating better functioning teams with the desired outcome of greater collaboration across our entire school. Our goal was to establish better connections between classroom teachers with specials teachers, intervention teachers, our support staff, and paraeducators. The question we considered is, “How can we implement better team practices for the benefit of student development?”
