This Cahn Fellowship journey was rooted and sustained in our efforts to create a reimagined personalized learning environment school-wide, while enhancing the experiences of all learners and their outcomes. The leadership that is needed to see a change process through to fruition is a daunting task that needs continued shaping, support, and development. Through the leadership development program at Cahn, this process was to strengthen, enhance, extend, and further develop principal leadership while enacting a change project to increase school improvement efforts at Perkins Bass.
